About Us

Janaki Ramachandran Kalalayam owes its inception to the initiative of Late Thiru P.Narayanan founder with the blessings of BharathRatna(Late) Dr.M.G.R and his wife Mrs.Janaki Ramachandran. The institution made a humble beginning on 3rd July 2000 with 2 tiny tots in the Kindergarten section. 400 students in the very next year. 800 in 2003 and was recognized as Matriculation schools on to the 12th year of service. In 2003 July again the school is upgraded to the status of a Higher Secondary school, JRK Nagar at Kattankulathur, Kanchipuram District is the new bud added to the bouquet of JRK group of schools.
